I'm 67 years old, American, a retired teacher of troubled adolescents. I have done regular daily meditation for 37 years. I have suffered from periodic debilitating depressions, from which I've developed practices to help keep me healthy.
I have two wonderful adult children and very strong and close family ties. I've run marathons and been run over by a truck. About 11 years ago I developed the Personal Vision that Headlines this Website, and I've been quietly practicing it since.
I hope to now help spread the Vision via interactive topics introduced on the Site. I will hope to respond to all comments and thoughts, either on-site or by personal email response. This is all very experimental, and I'm no computer expert, so we'll just proceed and find our way together.
